We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meta devices and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Meta account and visit your Order History to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your device in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
